As with most other endeavors, however, nothing ever comes free; APS needs to pay regular fees to its site host. So here we are again, with hosting fees about to fall due:

.Raffle Rules & Mechanics1. The Raffle period starts from 12:01 AM of Friday, May 22, 2009 and ends at 12:00 o'clock noon of Tuesday, June 30, 2009;
2. Members can donate through:
a) APS Electronic Raffle Page You are not allowed to view links.

b) Chip In Widget add-on located below the shoutbox;
c) cash personally given care of any of the Admins or Supreme Mods, in any currency, but preferably in Pesos; or
d) a bank deposit, in cash or in check (intra-bank or inter-bank) to Mang Tonio's Peso account and/or to evilklown79's remittance account (for international members) in case of those who are in other countries where the dollar is convenient;
3. Once the donation is confirmed (through phone, text, email, etc.,) the donator's name will be added to a list of donors;
4. The amount donated will be automatically and mathematically rounded off to the nearest hundred Pesos, and every One Hundred Pesos donated shall earn the donator the equivalent or analogue of one Electronic Raffle Ticket; hence, the larger the amount of money donated, the bigger will be the chances of the donator winning that Rapidshare Premium Account; For example, if one were to donate 5,000 Pesos, he will have 50 such "electronic raffle tickets" on our APS Raffle page, which of course will statistically increase the probability of his winning a Rapidshare Premium Account;
5. Deadline for the giving of donations will be
12:00 o'clock noon of Tuesday, June 30, 2009;
6. All donators who are APS members EXCEPT All Admins and Supreme Mods are eligible to join the Raffle (See below); However, in the interests of justice, equity and fairness, all members EXCEPT All Admins and Supreme Mods who have already donated money for the specific and express purpose of paying APS hosting fees this June 2009 (You are not allowed to view links.

) will have their names included in the list of donors, subject to the same Rules and Mechanics herein provided;
7. The Raffle Draw will be conducted electronically, and shall be held at 10:00 o'clock on Wednesday, July 1, 2009.; There shall be Four (4) Raffle Draw Winners;8. A winner can only win once; aside from the fact of it being an electronic raffle everyone has the assurance of the forum Administrators that no cheating will ever happen;
9. In case of Raffle page malfunction the Raffle draw will be discontinued and rescheduled to another date to be decided upon by the forum Administrators;
10. Any other question or dispute shall be resolved by the Administrators and their decision shall be final.
In addition to our Raffle promo, Two (2) More Rapidshare Premium Accounts, each also valid for a period of one (1) month, shall be instantly won by the Top Two (2) Donators. The top two (2) donators shall be determined on the basis of the total amount donated by any APS member, EXCEPT APS Admins and Supreme Mods, during the Raffle Period above-stated; and shall be announced on the time and date of the Raffle Draw but before the actual Draw itself would be held. To be fair, the One-Prize-Per-Winner Rule stated in Rule No. 8 above shall apply; that is, the top two (2) donators, having been thus determined, will not be anymore eligible for the Raffle Draw.
All in all, a Total of Six (6) one-month Rapidshare Premium Accounts are available to be won.
REMEMBER: The giving away of Rapidshare Premium accounts as prizes is just one means of thanking YOU for all the help you have been giving APS, in recognition of your WILLINGNESS TO HELP and for what you have been sharing for the benefit of our community.The Admins and Moderators have not been, are not, and will not be benefiting from the money contributed by the members; APS can and will post everything a member wants to know if necessary in the pursuit of full transparency.Again, thank you so much for all your help.
